Coleman was born in Blackpool Lancashire. Coleman attended Arnold School in Blackpool where she was head of the school and scored straight A's in her A-levels. In a discussion about her appearance on Emmerdale Coleman acknowledged she was regretting not going to the university. Coleman was at the high school system, was a student of the theatre company In Yer Space. They performed the play Crystal Clear for the Edinburgh Festival. Along with receiving a prize for her acting skills, the show she performed was well received. While auditioning for drama school, Coleman was offered the role of Jasmine Thomas in Emmerdale in 2005. Coleman received two awards in 2007. In 2007 Coleman was nominated for two awards, for the British Soap Awards as the most promising newcomer and the National Television Awards as the Most Popular. She was nominated for Best Actress, Sexiest Woman and for the Best Dramatic Performance in the British Soap Awards 2009. Coleman received her TV Choice Awards nomination for Best Actress. Steven Moffat revealed at a Doctor Who Press Conference on the 21st of March that Coleman was going to play Matt Smith as the Doctor's Companion after Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and others left the show. Moffat picked her to play the role due to her being the most effective with Smith and spoke more quickly than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. She's been working in the industry of entertainment since 1987. She is more well-known for her television work rather than film. Eva has had many TV parts, however Dr. Maria Santos from All My Children' and Detective Natalia Boavistas from CSI Miami have stood out. In the latter, she even received two 'Daytime Emmy' nominations as well as gave her the chance to experiment with her talents in music. Eva is also a philanthropist, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Eva is married to three men and has an infant from the third.
